Your agreement

Before your first song pick, set generation, or addition to your queue, you must review these terms, select the agreement checkbox, and choose Continue. You can browse first.

You may read the informational and policy pages without accepting.

Your browser remembers acceptance for up to 12 months. We may request renewed agreement sooner for material changes. Clearing the browser record does not retroactively cancel an agreement already made.

The service

Aux Roulette provides Song Roulette, on-site queues and generated sets, curated/category Playlists, Music Explorer and Release Timeline using a curated recording collection. Optional Spotify connection and playlist-export features require the separate permissions shown by Spotify and may be limited by provider access. Recommendations, lists, release information and provider links do not guarantee availability, suitability, accuracy, or rights to use a recording. The independently hosted Game Room has its own rules and is separate from the music tools.

Optional accounts and public profiles

Guest music tools and guest games do not require an account. Where signup is enabled, verify an email address you control and protect your password and verification codes. Finishing your profile requires separate affirmative acceptance of the current Terms; the accepted version and time are stored privately with your account.

Choose a public username/display name you have permission to use. Do not impersonate another person or use names to harass others. Public ranking requires the profile preference and an explicit eligible score-save action; do not submit fabricated scores or bypass game validation. Rankings may exclude invalid or ineligible results. An account does not grant editor/host permission or promise a synchronized saved music library.

You can change your profile's public-ranking preference, sign out, or request account deletion through Your account. Deletion removes account-owned profile and scores after current-password confirmation; managed editor/owner/host accounts require support review. Responsible use

Do not attempt unauthorized editor access, interfere with the service, bypass security controls, or use the site for unlawful activity.

Editor access is individually authorized. Authentication alone does not grant permission to edit.

Music and third-party services

Third-party music, artwork, provider content, and trademarks belong to their respective rights holders.

These terms grant no permission to download, redistribute, broadcast, synchronize, or publicly perform music.

Linked services have their own terms. Availability may vary by territory, device, account, or recording.

Aux Roulette is independently operated and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Spotify or SoundCloud.

Spotify provisions

To the extent permitted by applicable law:

• You must not modify or create derivative works from the Spotify Platform, Spotify Service, or Spotify Content.
• You must not decompile, reverse-engineer, disassemble, or otherwise reduce those materials to source code or another human-readable form, except where applicable law permits it.
• Aux Roulette makes no warranties or representations on Spotify’s behalf. All implied warranties relating to the Spotify Platform, Spotify Service, and Spotify Content—including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement—are expressly disclaimed.
• The operator is responsible for Aux Roulette. Spotify and other third-party providers are not responsible for Aux Roulette or its operation.
• Spotify is a third-party beneficiary of these terms and the Privacy Policy and is entitled to enforce this agreement directly.

Availability and accuracy

We may correct catalog information, disable recordings, change features, or interrupt the service for operational reasons.

To the extent permitted by law, Aux Roulette is provided as available, without guarantees of uninterrupted operation or error-free information. Nothing here excludes rights or liabilities that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

Fictional characters

Riff, Jinx, Loose Connections, and their biographies are fictional brand storytelling. Their invented releases and history are separate from the real recordings in the picker.

Privacy and optional choices

Information practices are explained in Privacy.

Agreement to these terms is separate from any permission requested for optional storage or third-party features.

Changes and contact

When material changes require renewed agreement, we will show the revised Terms before you continue using the affected tools.
