Questions, corrections, or something that isn’t working?

Email support@auxroulette.com for Aux Roulette support, song corrections, rights or removal concerns, and privacy requests. Receiving and support-address replies have been tested.

Aux Roulette is maintained by MasterFufu🎀. Support is handled manually; we do not promise an immediate response or a fixed response time.

For technical problems, please include:

• What you were trying to do.
• What happened instead.
• Your browser and device type.
• The affected song or provider link, if relevant.

Screenshots can help. Remove private information before sending them.

Song corrections

For incorrect titles, artist credits, versions, categories, release information, or links, identify the song and version and explain the suggested correction. A reliable reference is helpful. Different remixes and recordings remain separate.

Rights and removal concerns

Identify the affected page or song, explain your concern, and provide a way to contact you. Please don’t send identity documents or other sensitive evidence unless we establish that they are necessary.

Privacy requests

Use the same support address for questions about your information and requests to exercise applicable privacy rights. We may need enough information to verify and locate relevant records. Browser-only history and preferences can be cleared on your device.

Support correspondence is handled through Google Workspace/Gmail. We retain it for up to 12 months after resolution, with longer retention only where necessary for unresolved rights, security or legal matters. See Privacy for the complete information and retention practices.

Never send passwords, authentication codes, privileged keys or payment details. This address supports Aux Roulette and cannot resolve Spotify or SoundCloud account or billing issues.
